Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass… it’s about learning how to dance in the rain” ~ Vivian Greene

Parag Tandon is a creative thinker with the academic backing to plan, implement or re-engineer philanthropic strategies, long term projects and chart innovative techniques with optimum utilization of available resources.

He holds a Masters in Business Administration, with Marketing as his specialization, NFP Governance Certification from Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Commerce with Business Studies as major.

Parag’s approach is simple. “If you see someone without a smile ….give them one of yours”.  This philosophy has helped him to work extensively with the many ethnically, economically and socially diverse communities in Canada today, helping them to integrate into the social, cultural and business worlds of Canada.

His community outreach works in the not-for-profit sector has allowed him to ideate, implement and successfully launch campaigns for multiple not-for-profits within the social services, healthcare and education. For over 14 years now, Parag has helped numerous firms develop valuable business retention strategies, manage resources and build relationships with influential stakeholders in key areas.

Parag feels corporations and community organizations need to constantly reinvent themselves to be in step with today’s world. “It is not a question of fitting in, it should be a question of standing out in your field of operations. And I can help them succeed.”
